Routine Home Care

Even when facing a chronic illness or terminal disease, the patient’s daily living tasks do not cease. There are still activities of daily living that need to be pursued and personal hygiene tasks that need to be maintained.

These tasks, however, may not come as easily anymore so Personal Care Hospice Services, Inc. hopes to be of assistance by providing Routine Home Care services. We provide residential care in the patients’ homes and establish partnerships with long-term care facilities and nursing homes, assisted living facilities and residential care facilities for the elderly.

Our hospice staff are trained to perform the following services in your home:

• Assistance with AM and PM Routines
• Transportation to and from Medical Appointments
• Help with Toilet Use
• Helping the Client Get Dressed
• Bathing and Showering Assistance
• Mobility Assistance
• Medication Monitoring and Reminders
• Assisting Client in Getting Up from the Bed
• Monitoring Client’s Diet
